Shipping & Delivery Policy

ExhibIQ is a fully digital service. We do not sell, ship, or deliver any physical product, and nothing purchased through ExhibIQ is ever shipped by post or courier.

1. Visitor passes

A visitor pass purchased at a venue's checkout page is delivered instantly and digitally: on successful payment, an activation code is issued immediately on-screen and can be used right away to start a chat session. There is no shipping, no physical ticket, and no delivery window to wait for.

2. Venue subscriptions

A venue's subscription is activated immediately on successful payment, giving the curator account instant access to the admin console at the plan selected. As with visitor passes, there is nothing physical to ship.

3. Questions
